The JCST – LongYun Kung Fu Troupe at The Great Wall

This graceful and elegant, yet fierce group of dancers is The JCST – LongYun Kung Fu Troupe (成家班-龙韵武艺团). Given that Beijing is home to a historical record that is thousands of years old, and yet is always moving effortlessly into the future, the LongYun Kung Fu Troupe will often curate their dance routine to match the site of their performance. Here, at the Great Wall, we see a more traditional number, based on the ancient practice of kung fu.
